GHAP is providing specialist training to EFMHACA’s Intelligence and Surveillance Unit (ISU) supporting the development of SOPs to ensure they can conduct effective intelligence-led operations against those engaged in the trade in illicit medicines and health products. GHAP is also mentoring EFMHACA’s Inspections and Enforcement Unit (IEU) providing on the ground support and ensuring that their operations are conducted in a safe and secure manner, and optimizing evidence gathering to increase the likelihood of successful convictions against those involved in the trade.
